Felice Bisogni is a clinical psychologist, a specialist in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and has a PhD in social psychology. He is co-founder and CEO of GAP (apsgap.it), an association providing organisational consultancy services. He obtained his PhD at Sapienza University gaining advanced competences in the discourse and textual analysis. He graduated in the specialising course in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, clinical psychological intervention, and analysis of the demand, where he deepens the knowledge of action-research methods for organisational development.

Halina Brunning is a chartered clinical psychologist, freelance organisational consultant, and executive coach. Halina has published extensively on clinical and organisational issues, and has edited seven books for Karnac including Executive Coaching: Systems-Psychodynamic Perspective . She conceived the idea of producing a trilogy of books which examines the contemporary world through a psychoanalytic lens: Psychoanalytic Perspectives on a Turbulent World with Mario Perini , Psychoanalytic Reflections on a Changing World , and Psychoanalytic Essays on Power and Vulnerability .

Francesca Dolcetti is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in private practice in Rome, and a lecturer at the school of specialising course in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, clinical psychological intervention, and analysis of the demand of SPS (Rome, Italy), where she teaches emotional textual analysis training model and techniques. She is co-founder and CEO of the Studio RisorseObiettiviStrumenti that provides qualitative and quantitative research project and social impact evaluation services.

Larry Hirschhorn is Principal Emeritus of CFAR, a management consulting company in Philadelphia and Boston. He is the founder and director of its Dynamics of Consulting programme; a year long, three-module programme for experienced consultants and coaches. He is a past president and founding member of the International Society for the
