Over thirty five years' experience in quality care, safety, and risk management systems, delivering professional services and complex, collaborative change projects within the public and private health and social care, technology and manufacturing sectors, nationally and internationally. She recently completed an MA in consulting and leading in organisations (Tavistock and Essex University) and is currently project lead for high performing teams to a national multi-professional healthcare risk advisory team. Irene holds postgraduate qualifications in risk and quality management, education, and governance. She is a registered chartered physiotherapist, member of the Irish Group Relations Organisation executive, OPUS, and the Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (UK).

Economics and sociology from the University of Cologne, Germany. She is trained as an organisational consultant and works professionally as director for economic policy in a non-governmental organisation in Berlin.

Psychodynamic counsellor at Start Counselling. He is a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

Psychology from the University of California, San Francisco. A chartered psychologist and associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, he has lectured in psychology in Wales and Ireland. He is currently director of quality assurance at Quality and Qualifications Ireland. Bryan serves as chair of the Irish Group Relations Organisation. He is a member of OPUS and convenor of the Irish Listening Posts.

Co-founder Group Relations Poland as well as a freelance coach and trainer. Kamila is a member of the A. K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems; International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations; and the Organisation for Promoting Understanding in Society; as well as co-creator of Group Relations International.

An organisational consultant with a background in psychoanalysis and the study of group dynamics in public health. He has worked extensively in the investigation and change of working cultures in public institutions and private companies in Greece, the United Kingdom, and Argentina where he is currently based.
