Eliat Aram has been the CEO of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) for fourteen years. The TIHR is a not-for-profit outfit operating in the UK and abroad. This year, 2022, it is celebrating its seventy-fifth anniversary. TIHR is a world-leading research, evaluation, consultancy, and professional development organisation. We believe in the abundant potential of human relationships, love for people, and the importance of paying attention to the space and the place where we live. These are the drivers in the way Eliat shapes the direction of the institute, the multitude of its activities, as well as her own practice.

Ulrike Beland holds a PhD in economics and sociology from the University of Cologne, Germany. She is trained as an organisational consultant and works professionally as director for economic policy in a non-governmental organisation in Berlin.

Halina Brunning is a chartered clinical psychologist, freelance organisational consultant, and executive coach. Halina has published extensively on clinical and organisational issues, has edited seven books for Karnac including Executive Coaching: Systems-Psychodynamic Perspective . She conceived the idea of a trilogy of books which examined the contemporary world through a psychoanalytic lens. This approach continued in her latest books co-written with Olya Khaleelee: Danse Macabre and Other Stories: A Psychoanalytic Perspective on Global Dynamics, and, in a forthcoming new book The Covid Trail - Psychodynamic Explorations, both published by Phoenix (, ).

Daniela Cabibbe is a mathematician with twenty years of management experience, including serving on boards of commercial companies in Italy, Europe, America, and India. Currently she is a business consultant in innovation, performance improvements, and organisation change projects, and a Six Sigma Black Belt and lean management professional, who leads complex and functional projects.
