Renate Grønvold Bugge is a licensed psychologist from the University of Oslo, specialist in clinical psychology and occupational and organisation psychology. She is a member of ISPSO and OPUS. She has been director and staff member of international group relations conferences. She has been a consultant for corporate management following major accidents, as well as consultant to the leaders of the Social Democratic Party after terror attacks in Norway on 22 July 2011. She has also worked with NGOs in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and the Balkans and was director for a research and training institute for children and adolescents, financed by the Norwegian Government.

Daniela Cabibbe is a mathematician with twenty years of management experience, including serving on boards of commercial companies in Italy, Europe, America, and India. Currently, she is a business consultant in innovation, performance improvements, and organisation change projects, and a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Management professional, who leads complex and functional projects. She is company auditor in quality certifications, and was administrator of the group relations conferences “Authority, Leadership, Innovation” and “Learning from Action”, in Italy. She is leader of the Listening Post Steering Committee in The NODO Group (Turin, Italy) and Treasurer of the Mito & Realtà Association (Milan, Italy). She is OPUS International Listening Post (ILP) Convenors Coordinator since 2022, and is a member of the ILP Steering Group.

Evelyn P. Gilmore is a psychodynamic and systemic organisational consultant, a chartered psychologist, and an accredited psychotherapist. She has completed a professional doctorate with the Tavistock in “Consultation and the organisation”. Her research was on the creation of a holding environment in an organisational setting.
