Psychoanalyst accredited at the C. G. Jung Institute of Analytical Psychology in Zurich, with a master's degree in social anthropology at the London School of Economics. In over fifteen years of living and working abroad in different countries (UK, US, Latin America, Switzerland, Spain, and Dubai), Elisabetta has developed a cross-cultural approach to the development of individuals and groups. Currently she lives in Milan where she has her private practice as a psychoanalyst, and works as personal development analyst at the IMD Business School in Lausanne and with NAGA ONLUS in Milan, to provide social, health, and psychological assistance to refugees and asylum seekers.

Practising psychoanalyst and a leadership and organisational consultant. He currently serves as the executive director, trustee, and company secretary of OPUS, an organisation dedicated to promoting the understanding of society. He is a member of the British Psychoanalytic Association (BPA) and the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA). He is an associate lecturer in the department of psychosocial studies at Birkbeck, University of London, and a clinical professor of organisational behaviour at both IAE Business School and UMass Global Business School. He is also a professional Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Coaching. In addition, he works as a coach and consultant with the Discerning Leadership Center in Rome, and is an associate of the A. K. Rice Institute. A Group Relations practitioner, he is also an experienced social dreaming facilitator and has hosted the London Social Dreaming Hub since 2020.

Psychologist. She began her professional career in 2000 in corporate training, before specialising in qualitative social and market research and collaborating with Italian and international market research institutes. Passionate about change in the social, organisational, and private spheres, she has been a PSOA (psychosocioanalytical) consultant since 2014, focusing on role consulting and organisational development, and becoming a member of OPUS’ International Listening Post project. Since 2018, she has been collaborating with the Master's degree in HR training and development at the University of Milan-Bicocca. Based in Turin, she is an active member of the Order of Psychologists of Piedmont (OPP), her work now spans various areas of occupational and organisational psychology: from corporate training to qualitative market and social research, career guidance for young people and university students, and support for individuals and employees on issues related to professional or personal development and corporate wellbeing.
