Listening to Infants and Parents: Observe, Reflect, and Embrace the Mess

Pediatrician and writer on the faculty of the Early Relational Health Fellowship Program at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, and the Brazelton Institute at Boston Children’s Hospital. She graduated from the University of Chicago and U of C Pritzker School of Medicine. She is the author of four books most recently The Power of Discord with co-author Ed Tronick (2020), with a new book, Getting to Know You: Lessons in Early Relational Health from Infants and Caregivers (Teachers College Press 2025 forthcoming).
