During the first lockdown of the Covid-19 pandemic, the SPP organized for its members videoconference meetings for an initial reflection on the processes of the treatments that they had decided to continue at the price of adjustments of the setting. Modifications of the systems of excitation and of the levels of regression, transference actualizations on to the new settings, and the need to take into consideration the reality of the lockdown common to the analyst and patient alike, all defined a particular clinical reality.
