This article takes up again, after J. Chambrier-Slama, the conceptualization of the analytic object and of the analyst object. After Green, the author argues that in the therapeutic alliance the double of the patient and the double of the analyst create the analytic object which is neither internal nor external to both protagonists but between them. It corresponds to the definition of the transitional object according to Winnicott.
