Each year, a symposium is organized based on the elaboration of the clinical work carried out by the CCTP Jean-Favreau. This provides an opportunity to open up the discussions to a wider group. This dossier extends this work further by presenting, in addition to some of the symposium presentations, secondary elaborations by various authors. The theme of this dossier, “Variations of the French pronoun ‘on’ in the analytical situation,” will take us through the multiple occurrences of “on” from initial impersonalization to the possibility of subjectivization after negotiating the Oedipus complex and gaining access to the universal. There are frequent references in this dossier to the figure of Jean-Luc Donnet, who recently passed away and was a founding figure of the CCTP's research work,
